If you live far away or it is difficult to get to our location in south Austin, or you simply don't want to leave your home, we have a teleconsultation option via phone or zoom. See below for scheduling and instructions.
Prior to the teleconsultation appointment, especially if you are a new patient, you will tell us your symptoms by completing a survey. The survey will help reveal your health status and will give us an overall snapshot of your health.
Based on our virtual visit and the results from the system survey, we may recommend any of the following -- lifestyle modifications, nutritional and/or herbal supplements and lab testing.
New patients: You are encouraged to schedule a complimentary phone consultation to help you decide if you want to proceed with a new patient teleconsultation. Please submit all forms at least 48 hours prior to the teleconsultation to allow us to review your case, otherwise your appointment may be canceled.
Existing Patients: For patients seen within the last 2 years. If it has been over 2 years since your last visit, please follow the instructions above for new patients. To schedule an existing patient teleconsultation, click here. This is a 30-minute appointment, and the fee is $90 or you may one session out of your treatment package if you have one. During the appointment, especially if we haven't seen you in a while, you will be asked your current health concerns and what medications, supplements, and herbs you are taking. If you have lab results to share, please email them to us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
