About Us Megumi.png

Hi, I’m Megumi.

I believe in living life to the fullest — don’t you? That belief has guided me through every major decision in my life, including leaving my hometown of Tokyo, Japan and moving across the world to chase a dream.

In 1997, I landed in Madison, Wisconsin, full of purpose and curiosity. By 2005, I made my way to sunny Austin, Texas, and not long after, I was completely sidelined by something I never saw coming: a brutal cedar allergy that wrecked my health and my life as I knew it. My nose

was constantly blocked, and when one thing goes off in the body, everything else follows. I couldn’t sleep, eat, think, or even speak like myself.

I searched high and low for relief. I tried all the over-the-counter allergy meds (Zyrtec, Benadryl, Claritin), and of course, turned to natural healing methods I believed in deeply: acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, clean food, lifestyle adjustments… still, nothing made a real difference. As a practitioner in the alternative medicine world, it was devastating. Not just physically, but emotionally. How could I help others if I couldn’t even help myself?

Then something shifted. During acupuncture school, I was introduced to NAET®, Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique. It wasn’t part of our formal training, but it felt like a missing piece. In 2010, I traveled to learn directly from its founder, the brilliant Dr. Devi Nambudripad, and became certified to practice it.

Soon after, under the care of a trusted colleague, I received NAET® treatment for my cedar allergy. And just when I was ready to give up, at the 25th hour, everything changed. I could breathe. Sleep. Think clearly. Be myself again. It was the kind of transformation that you never forget.

Today, NAET® is the foundation of my practice. I’ve seen it change countless lives, just like it changed mine. My mission is simple: to help people feel free in their bodies again. To support those who feel stuck, sensitive, and dismissed. To make space for real healing and sense of safety, without fear or limitation.

If you’re struggling with allergies, chronic illnesses, or that nagging sense that something just isn’t right, trust me, I get it. I’ve been there. And I’m here now, ready to walk that path of reclaiming health right by your side.

Let’s get you back to feeling like you again.

I’m an Austin native who finds joy in running through nature, listening to music, and spending time with my mom and two beloved dogs. I’ve always been passionate about wellness, creativity, and community, and now, I’m honored to bring that energy into our clinic to support others on their healing journey.

My experience with chronic mental health struggles began in my teens, when I was diagnosed with MDD, severe anxiety, and ADHD. I spent years cycling through medications, specialists, and treatment plans that often left me feeling worse, disconnected, over medicated, and unheard. At 18, I was told I’d need to be on medication for the rest of my life. But something inside me knew there had to be a better way.

With determination and the support of natural medicine, I’ve been medication-free for years. True healing began when I found NAET. For the first time, I experienced a method that didn’t just manage symptoms but uncovered and treated root causes. Since starting NAET, I’ve seen profound improvements in sleep, focus, menstrual health, energy, and nutrient absorption.

Because I’ve experienced this transformation myself, I’m deeply committed to walking alongside our patients with empathy, hope, and a deep belief in the body’s power to heal.
