About Us
We are a small, high-touch holistic medicine clinic in South Austin specializing in allergy elimination and functional care. Our patients often arrive overwhelmed and sensitive. The front desk is the first impression. The steady hand that keeps the entire clinic running well.
This is both a patient-care role and a business-critical role.
How we answer the phone.
How we explain fees.
How we schedule and follow up.
How we manage flow and collect payment confidently.
That’s the work. And we take it seriously.
This Role Is For Someone Who:
